If you’re determined to make an impact with your business without working yourself to death, I’m here to help create a website that drives results.
When I started freelancing in 2017, I’d stay up all night before a meeting stressing about minor details. I’d even ask my boyfriend’s opinion on things, but “looks good” wasn’t the type of feedback I needed. I wanted professional feedback but I didn’t have the budget to hire a coach, so I struggled for years alone.
I created this virtual mentorship support so you can confidently move forward in your design career. It’s everything I wish I had when I started freelancing. During our time, I’ll support you through creeping self-doubt and feeling like you can’t compete with pixel-perfect portfolios. Together, we’ll build your confidence in your skills, portfolio and client relationships.
And for me it all started with a nudist in a cafe…

Fresh out of design school, I met a nudist in a cafe who gave me a job at his app development agency (no nudity required 😂). Working for a tiny business with corporate clients meant I had to learn a lot and fast - design, marketing, client management, etc. It was the perfect job. Until it wasn’t...
I found myself asking, “Is this it?”
After a few years of working at the agency, I began to feel drained. Despite it being a great opportunity, I felt like something was missing. I found myself waiting all week for Friday, party all weekend and dread Monday mornings. I knew it wasn’t the life I wanted, and things had to change. So, in 2017, I started freelancing on the side. All while technically becoming the head of design and marketing at the agency. To say I was exhausted was an understatement, and my desire for freedom felt like an impossible dream.
Something clicked and I found my purpose.
In 2020, stuck in my tiny apartment in Berlin, I found myself spending a lot of time on social media. So many women were starting their businesses. And not just “on the side” like my freelancing had been. They were taking a risk and stepping out of their comfort zone. Not only that, but they were doing so intentionally. Inclusivity, authenticity and impact — these words gave me goosebumps.
I have had the pleasure of collaborating with and knowing Kat for quite some time and love working with her. She always has a unique and thoughtful perspective during our work, always brings attention to essential details and has a very structured and methodical approach. Our collaborations work well because we speak the same languages of UX and focus on strategy rather than only aesthetic design. I am very excited about future projects with Kat!
